Career
Since 2006, offering cognitive behavioural therapy in-person and via videoconference, in English and Spanish. Expert on stress, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, somatization disorders and eating disorders.
Professor at the postgraduate summer course of Complutense University of Madrid. Active member of the Complutense University research group “Cognition, Emotion and Health”.
Assistant Editor of the Journal “Anxiety and Stress” and anonymous bilingual referee of four international scientific journals.
Trial coordinator of PsicAP (A pilot study to treat emotional disorders in primary care with evidence-based psychological techniques: A randomized controlled trial): obtaining permissions, training psychologists, recruiting patients, collecting and analysing data and elaborating publications.
Author of 23 scientific articles.
Teaching courses and addressing conferences for public and private organizations.

Coordinator of the Research group “Anxiety reduction techniques” of the Spanish Society for the Anxiety and Stress Research (SEAS) and active participant of the research group “Emotions and Health”.
